After 18 months in planning, 10 months Development and a roller-coaster ride of emotion, challenge, frustration and excitement, Superscout goes live on the Internet for the very first time today!  We will officially launch the site to the masses shortly, once we know that the technology we've built works as well as our users expect.  We are very grateful to those who have contributed their ideas and time throughout this project, not least to our investors for their belief in us and their patience.

Superscout exists to connect great Candidates to great Employers and to keep them connected.  We will be working very hard over the coming months to encourage the best talent and companies to use Superscout.  We hope you'll enjoy using the site enough to recommend it to your friends, family and colleagues.

So, here is our first public step along the path to achieving our mission: to become the best social recruitment and career networking site in the world. 

If you're reading this, then you're one of a select group of people we've invited to take part in the beta (trial) version of Superscout.  Please go ahead and create a Profile, if you haven't already done so.  We'd be really grateful for your feedback on the process and usability of the site. 

As a potential Candidate, there are 3 main things you can use Superscout for:

★ Follow companies you admire to get the inside track on what's happening and their culture

As an Employer, you can use Superscout to:

★ Advertise your company and vacancies - 100% free while we're in beta
★ Headhunt Candidates from our database by nudging them to request they apply to your Job Ads
★ Build a following of interested, connected Candidates, communicate with them en masse and enable all your hiring managers to access them
